BEAUTY STORY FOR CHEEK MAGAZINE

The story is called "colour therapy". Worked with a great team. One person that has made a huge differnce in my career and I love with all my heart is Elena Pacienza the makeup artist. She is amazing www.elenapacienza.com . The Model is Ksenia Mezenina from Elite Model Management (fantastic energy on set). Image for Haiti Je T'aime sold for a nice $$$! 100% donated to help Haiti
When I found out about this event I wanted to create a piece that I felt was true to the cause. The image is about the emotional struggle and how I feel these people are feeling on the inside. Broken down and stripped of everything, all they can do is breathe and hope for a better tomorrow. I can't imagine what these people are going through...I can only envision it

Mathew Guido Fotografi is submitting to Haiti Je Taime Fundraiser.
I am submitting to this fundraiser! I wanted to do something for Haiti and this is the perfect event. Everyone should come! Here is the info:
Haiti, Je T'Aime will take place on Monday January 25th at Revival Bar at 783 College St.
A minimum $10 donation will be asked for at the door, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Plan Canada's Haiti Relief Fund.
The event will feature DJ sets from Eon of Bedouin Soundclash, k-os, Brendan Canning of Broken Social Scene, Starting From Scratch, DJ Paul E Lopez and BLK BTLZ.
MTV’s Nicole Holness and Aliya-Jasmine Sovani will host the event and Special guests include Sarah Taylor from MuchMusic and Matte Babel from CP24 among others.
The event will also include an amazing silent auction that will include signed shoes from each Toronto Raptor, Raptors and concert tickets, dinner cards, spa treatments, yoga passes, jewelry, gift certificates and much more!
The auction will end at 11:30 and winners will be announced right after.
Items will be available to take home that night so bring your cash and cheques and credit cards!

As well, text HAITI to 30333 to make a $5 contribution to the foundation.
